The comparative report on the legal and policy framework of D.Rad consortium countries provides an overview of the interventions, institutions and actors involved in international de-radicalization programmes. This includes an analysis of each national context and country-specific legislation. The theoretical perspective builds on an innovative different kind of approach and legal analysis. The comparative investigation moves towards the substantive activities and programs carried out in some D.Rad systems, shaped in order to counteract radicalization through effective and successful strategies which are worthy of dissemination.
